barre basics*
Everyone should start here. Sixteen half-hour classes that focus on technique and alignment. If you’re going to bother showing up then I want you to be getting the very best from your workout. This course will show you how.
express 30*
The modern equivalent of legs, bums and tums, with a dose of arms thrown in for good measure. You’ll feel it everywhere. The heart rate will be up, the shake will be on, but half an hour flies by. My most popular class by a country mile.
Fridays, 30 minutes.
HIIT barre*
The love letter to your heart. Lot of barre moves, combined with more traditional exercises to really arise your pulse rate and find the burn. Each week I drop exchange one old track for a new one so the choreography doesn’t get overwhelming.
Wednesdays, 30 minutes.
arms & abs*
The focus is on working all the muscle groups in your arms and… you guessed it… your abs. There’s always a back track thrown in here too, so you get a complete upper body workout, (don’t worry your legs will get some love too).
Mondays, 30 minutes.
power barre*
My longest class, with more focus on working at the barre, so if you like the balletic elements of the workout then this is the class for you. It’s wonderfully intense and leaves every muscle in your body comprehensively worked. The classes range from 45-60 minutes.
Sundays.
lower back*
Lower back pain is the worst. If it’s nagging you, or you’re feeling a bit stiff and creaky then this 12-part course for you. Each session is under 20 minutes, so it's easy to squeeze into a busy day. Heavily pilates based, you'll gently strengthen and mobilise your core, hips and spine in ways that actually feel good. For those days when you want to move but don’t have 30 minutes. Or the days when you want to tag on a little something extra to your workout. There are 20 options to choose from, all under 20 minutes long.

Let me be the one who converts you to exercising whilst you’re abroad, be it for work or play. These classes are designed to be done with minimal or no equipment, and will give you that feel good barre buzz wherever you are in the world.
