For the days when you need something short, snappy and effective. Each class is under 20 minutes—ideal for stacking onto another session or squeezing in when life’s full. Some target specific body parts (hello Arms & Ass or Core Blast), others are themed by musical genre (Country & Western, anyone?) or style of movement (think Kickboxing or Cardio). Quick, fun and surprisingly effective.

Most classes require a sturdy support for balance like a high-backed chair, work surface or, ingeniously, an ironing board.

Weights
A pair of 1kg hand weights are ideal but if you’re just starting out, 2 cans of beans will do nicely!
Band
A latex and a fabric band are’t essential, but definately add a certain je ne sais quoi!
Keep a bottle of water handy. It’s really important to stay hydrated.

Mat
A standard exercise mat provides cushioning during floor exercises and help improve grip and stability.
Ball
A soft pilates ball (7-9 inches), but you could also use a rolled up towel or deflated football.
