On the move? Take me with you. These 30-minute travel-friendly classes are designed to keep you feeling strong, energised, and balanced—wherever you are. All you need is a loop band and Pilates ball, both easy to pack. Whether you're on holiday or away for work, these quick, effective sessions will give you that post-workout buzz so you can make the most of your day.

You’ll need…

Most classes require a sturdy support for balance like a high-backed chair, work surface or, ingeniously, an ironing board.

Weights

A pair of 1kg hand weights are ideal but if you’re just starting out, 2 cans of beans will do nicely!

Band

A latex and a fabric band are’t essential, but definately add a certain je ne sais quoi!

Keep a bottle of water handy. It’s really important to stay hydrated.

Mat

A standard exercise mat provides cushioning during floor exercises and help improve grip and stability.

Ball

A soft pilates ball (7-9 inches), but you could also use a rolled up towel or deflated football.
