Online strength classes

We all know we’re meant to be lifting weights, but what if you don’t like the traditional strength training workouts? Step forward UpBeat Lift. Working on the same principles as my barre classes, each class is set to great tunes and designed to make your workout fun. Using supersets, each muscle group is taken to failure using heavy weights. These are intense and accessible muscular strength workouts.

Upbeat Lift*

Weekly.

This isn’t your average strength session. Each workout is choreographed to music, using superset that pair two muscle groups and take them to fatigue - track by track. It’s low-impact, high burn and seriously fun. Perfect if you want to get strong and powerful without the boredom of a typical gym session.

Each month I release four classes:
  • Upper Body (30 minutes)

  • Full Body Express (30 minutes)

  • Lower Body (30 minutes)

  • Full Body (60 minutes)

Weights

A pair of 1kg hand weights are ideal but if you’re just starting out, 2 cans of beans will do nicely!
