Duration 30 minutes-ish

Need a moment to exhale? These stretch classes are all about slowing down, easing tension and feeling good in your body. Some are led by me, and a few feature my brilliant Pilates teacher, Tiff, for an extra dose of magic. Perfect post-workout or whenever your body needs some love.

You’ll need…

Solid orange vertical rectangle.

Most classes require a sturdy support for balance like a high-backed chair, work surface or, ingeniously, an ironing board.

Chair

A simple orange square.

Weights

A pair of 1kg hand weights are ideal but if you’re just starting out, 2 cans of beans will do nicely!

Close-up of a red paperclip.

Band

A latex and a fabric band are’t essential, but definately add a certain je ne sais quoi!

A brown glass bottle with a white label

Keep a bottle of water handy. It’s really important to stay hydrated.

Water

Red rectangular button with the word 'CLICK' in white capital letters.

Mat

A standard exercise mat provides cushioning during floor exercises and help improve grip and stability.

A small, square, orange block on a white background.

Ball

A soft pilates ball (7-9 inches), but you could also use a rolled up towel or deflated football.
